Field Sales Intern — Evernaro (Pune)
About the role
Evernaro is Eversity Tech's AI front-desk platform for clinics and dental practices. It brings WhatsApp, Email, Telegram and Instagram messages into one inbox, drafts replies with AI, manages appointments and sends reminders that cut no-shows. The product is built and live; now we need people on the ground in Pune to bring it to clinics.
This is a 4-month internship where you will visit clinics, run short demos and help sign our first paying customers. You'll learn real B2B SaaS sales, work directly with the founder and earn commission for every client you close.
Pay: - Paid interns: ₹4,000/month stipend - Plus ₹1,000 extra for every paying client you close, on top of the ₹4,000 stipend (unpaid interns also get the ₹1,000 per client) - Travel is not paid: there is no travel allowance, and your own travel costs within Pune are not reimbursed - Paid positions are limited. If they fill up, you can still join as an unpaid intern to learn and explore, with the same training, mentoring, certificate and commission
What you'll do
- Contact or visit 12–15 clinics and dental practices in Pune every week
- Run 5–10 minute live demos of Evernaro for clinic owners and managers
- Follow up with interested clinics and help close paying accounts
- Help new clinics get started (profile setup, WhatsApp connection, staff walkthrough)
- Log every visit, demo and follow-up in the shared tracking sheet
- Share a short daily update and join a weekly 30-minute team call
What we're looking for
- Based in Pune and able to travel across the city at your own cost (own two-wheeler preferred)
- Confident speaking Marathi, Hindi and English
- Comfortable meeting people and handling rejection
- Reliable and able to report progress daily
- Freshers welcome; any sales, marketing or customer-facing experience is a plus
Targets (per intern): - Month 1: 40 clinics contacted, 8 demos, 1 paying clinic - By Month 4: 150 clinics contacted, 30 demos, 3–4 paying clinics
How it works: - Offer letter and NDA before starting (clinics handle patient data) - You never collect money yourself; clinics pay through our Razorpay billing - Missed weekly targets get a feedback call and a 2-week support plan; missed month-end targets move you to commission only for the next month; 7 days without updates (without a reason) ends the internship - Anything you have already earned (commission, pro-rata stipend) is always paid - Certificate and recommendation letter on completion
